From the time you land we will be at your disposal to address any queries that you may have on a one-to-one basis. Our inspection trips are personalised, each client having their own representative in order to make your time both an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Our inspection trips usually last four days. You will be shown different locations in the town where our properties are located and visit all the properties which fit your price range.
If you have already made your own arrangements, an appointment will be made to meet you at your hotel destination to show you potential properties.

Itinerary
 Day 1
We'll meet you at the airport,and take you to your hotel, villa or apartment. After a meeting with one of our professional sale representatives, you'll have a tour of the town and its facilities. At the end of the day you will have more idea of the town and the possible locations where you would prefer to purchase your home. Back to your hotel and get ready for rich Turkish cuisine.
Day 2
The day will begin with an informal meeting to review the properties that you have already seen and start viewing more properties, get closer to choosing your ideal location and your dream home.
Day 3
In the morning you will visit your favourite location and your house once again. Then you'll be taken through the contracts, costs, finance and legalities before lunch. In the afternoon, if you've found a property you can't resist, you will meet the developer and contracts will be prepared for you to sign. Our sales representative will deal with the rest of the buying process.
Day 4
Your last day. Either relax by the pool or beach or start looking for your furniture before you are taken to the airport.
